Colonia Emiliano Zapata is it's proper name, I use the South Side, I abhor 'Romantic Zone' they also call it 'Old Town', which is chronologically incorrect.

My maps may help http://vallartainfo.com/map.html but not all the colonias are marked, it's mainly for tourists after all.
5 de Diciembre, starts around San Salvador and includes the Sports Stadium.

Muchisimas gracias JR. Your help is greatly appreciated. I will look at the maps again, Im sure I can figure it out. I like the Emiliano Zapata area, hopefully I can find somethin around there. I dont care if its rustic, dont mind lizards,or even other bugs that much... just hate the no see ums and spiders... Lookin forward to Cafe Roma in Feb and hearing some good music!

Have used an interpreter a number of times for business contracts. The lawyer I was using lined me up, as the contracts have to be in spanish. They will sit down and explain all the important things. If I don't understand everything I will go back with the items after speaking with the lawyer and other parties before I sign the contract. Do your usual and go around with business cards.

I believe you are staying at the right places to keep your costs down. JR has so many good recommendations in finding a place to live.

This is a good time in my estimation to get your contacts, as business is coming back.

THANKS!

When I needed an "Official" translation of a document, there was only one lady here with that qualification. I don't know how many official translators there are now. Maybe they need to be citizens to achieve that qualification.
