anyone that saw the show know where property #2 was. I missed the name when they first looked at it. It was the one they ended up buying. I didn't think it was South, which is the only place I can think of that is that hilly and yet so close to the beach.
I know #1 was in old town and #3 was Conchas Chinas

It was terraza del mar.
Appeared to be up the the mountain near the start of the malecon.

Geeez, $350,000.00 budget for a second home ??

well that or down into 5 de diciembre was what I had thought, but the show made it sound closer to the beach. I thought Terraza del mar was in Amapas

Only funiculor (??) I know is in a complex off 200 going South, don't know where in "town" that 2nd place was.

I was really disappointed in the show. It didn't come near to show the vibe of Vallarta that I love.

For $350k I could have showed them a lot better places. Of course, it would have been near noise (busses, city noises, people etc) and they didn't want that ..........

Can't find it listed on HGTV in Canada - House Hunters Intl is there - but no PV episode is listed. what network are you watching it on?

It's on in Canada a while after the US episodes

I have a friend that was on it in Australia - it aired there weeks ago and no idea when it will air here yet
