It almost looks like the Octopus, but it's a couple of hundred feet shorter than the Paul Allen toy.

The Octopus is 126 metros, 413 ft. The Attessa is 100 metros, 330 ft

2 or 3 years ago the Atessa was moored right in front of us here at the Holiday Inn for about 3 or 4 days. We were able to see quite a bit of the goings on from our balcony. We watched the girls helicopter off and several hours 'copter back on with lots of bags. The 'copter is small so it took 2 trips each way. It always seemed to be pretty quiet on board. Very interesting. Our binoculars came in quite handy. We are bad!

I may be wrong but the one you mention would have been the Atessa III. The one here now is the Atessa IV.

You can't have too many Atessas.

In all probability the yacht with the blue hull in the Bay is Atessa. She is 225 in length and probably has a helipad with aircraft on the stern. Owned by Montana multi-billionaire Dennis Washington (mining and construction). We saw her last summer at the Wharf in Victoria, BC where crew confirmed that she was the one in Bandaras Bay for 3-4 months last season.

I notice it is gone today. Maybe out for a spin. Rumor has it that she has been eclipsed by Washington's newer, bigger yacht, Atessa IV, which is some 350 feet long. Check it out on a Google search.
