I'm probably closest than any of you - Houston - it's a 2 hour and 1 minute flight.

The last fare I paid for 20 May - 9 June was $588 taxes included -$20 +/- as I don't pay Mexican Tourism Fee because I am an FM3 holder. This ticket was bought months in advance.

When I first started going to PV in 2004 the fares were about $300.

I have been checking for New Years week (very flexible on dates) and they are $1200+ already.

I've gone RT from Salt Lake City cheaper than from Houston. One time I departed from Baton Rouge with a connection in Houston, then back thru Houston to Baton Rouge and it was cheaper than just departing from Houston !

Just checked out my flight on Westjet and its gone down by $100.00, gave them a call and they are going to give me that price.. so now its $504.55 PV to Vancouver and back.

Airfare is nuts right now. I've been watching for about 6 weeks now (US Air) for mid November round trip Reno to PVR. It's been running around 730.00 all in. Yesterday and today for 11/14 was 606.00 and 11/15 (Fri) 807.00. Last year (11/16 Tues.) was 404.00. I think I'm going to wait a little more since they seem to be dropping.....very slowly.
