Are there any Restaurants or Bars in Bucerias that have Vonage or similar?

I believe Cafe Roma has free phone service to Canada and U.S. If you've never been there, try the place out. It's on the street facing the river below the Vallarta Avenue bridge just a few steps from the Municipal Market. Restaurant is noted for it's friendly staff, lack of stuffiness, and great food and ice cold beer at extremely moderate prices.
