Health food stores-need dairy-free and fructose-free product

I recently found out I am sensitive to dairy and fructose containing foods so would like to find a health food store that might sell dairy and fructose free products and vitamins. I found one small store in Plaza Caracol but it is not very complete. Presently I am living on a boat in Paradise Village.

Have you considered clinical anti-sensitivity conditioning. I used this approach and it makes life a lot more enjoyable. I was highly allergic to around 600 common items when I was young and now I am irritated by only a few.

How does clinical anti-sensitivity conditioning work, do you have a reference so I can read about it, and is it available in PV?
