Sarah says it is better because she likes the way Mexican meat is, not because it is more fatty or has more hormones or has more water injected into it. She likes a more flavorful, meaty version of beef, not the feed yard fattened version. It is generally the equivalent to straight range fed beef in relation to feed lot beef up north.

What is better for one person is not necessarily better for another. It has a lot to do with what you were taught to like. Sarah was taught to like a more natural meat form than is normally available NOTB (unless you live on a ranch).

texture and mouthfeel have nothing to be desired i guess

the next time someone tells me how wonderful mexican beef is compared to some other parts of the world is, i am simply going to turn away instead of listening to a bunch of bullshit

food in general is not supposed to be a fucking chore to eat lol

i just remember our conversation the last time we visited
so i thought i would try it again

even the tbones are crap

this is more of a rant and acknowledgment mor than anything

just saying

Or China....a friend of a friend spent a few months there, became very ill, after multiple tests upon returning to the US, he ended up dying without a diagnosis. Autopsy revealed heartworms...he had eaten dog meat without knowing it.

Bruce, not everyone likes things the way you do.

You don't have to insult people for having different tastes than you do.
I know you have a product to sell and that is fine. Many people like meat the way you like it. Some people do not.

For instance, you like your beef smothered in sauces or rubs, almost to the point where the beef flavor is hidden. I prefer mine grilled straight over flame, without any additions. It's just a difference of tastes and probably just a difference in the way we were raised or trained. The quality of a meat is not measured, for me, by the softness of it or by the flavorings put on it.
