yellow chickens are painted by a little boy
they are dyed with yellow
they are normally white

the supers do have better beef than the local butchers
as their beef are not local
they are either imported within mexico or even elsewhere
like LEY is a northern part of mexico
so their beef comes from the north

mouth feel means this
when you chew something, your muscles are not having to have a workout so your mouth is sore afterwards

I probably should not say this but we both could use the exercise. I have a picture in my mind of you working up a sweat chewing a piece of meat.

what i am basically saying is that i can not believe, after being brought up on the beef from the north that you prefer the flavor here
for whatever reason

Bruce, read my aching lips - once again, I never said that the steak here is better. I DID say the liver is better, but I never said that the steak here is better.

I do say that I LIKE much of the steak from Mexico. I do like it so much that I would rather buy a 70p steak here than a 250p steak from up north and then spend the extra money on something more fun than bit of food. Some people are obsessed with food. I am not. I would rather go horse-back riding 5 times than eat a steak that costs 1000pesos. But that is just me.

And, btw, it is a mistake to think that all people up north are brought up on better steak than we get here in Mexico. The NOTB world is full of people who have never ever dreamed of spending $100 on a steak, and who think it is totally foolish to do so. For god's sake, man, I was a single mom, raising 2 boys on welfare for the first 10 years of my adult life in that fabulous land of opportunity up north, so just leave me the fuck alone about trying to cook you a steak that adheres to your high-falutin' ideas of what I should be thinking.

For this reason, I will not even bother to bring some steaks that I think are perfectly fine and delicious to your house to try to convince you that horse-back riding is a better obsession. You go for your obsessions and I will go for mine. But please do not paint me in a different light than I am.
