The structure of the site looks good. I hope it's full of ads when I'm looking long term early next year.

It takes time and effort to develop a website like this. If people want this service, I am offering it. If they don't use it, it will fade away. I envision Vallarta Realty as a low cost, owner-direct rental and real estate sales listing service. Nothing more. Nothing less.

The only listings I won't accept are those of large companies and those with false or misleading information. An inexpensive, easy to use listing service with complete and honest listings is my design goal. There are so many spectacular, inexpensive properties here that it's mind-boggling to me.

What happened to the Paso Ancho properties site that was in your classified ads section? There were some interesting properties there.

I'm redesigning the website right now so it will be strange for a few days.

You have to consider that I painted our bedroom 5 different times before I found a color that I liked. This website isn't really going yet so I'm playing around with the design.
