i have an insen card that was issued to me several years ago
same as the inapam card
the property taxes has tobe in the same name as the card holder
i have used it only on the guadalajara bus
sometime i give it to maria and she buys the ticket
once she has the ticket in her hands she jumps onto the bus and take off to gdl
leaving me home taking care of her little pooches

"Drinks on Jim's dime" is not literally about a dime. A dime could be ten or ten thousand dollars worth of "stuff".
