immigration office new location

The immigration office has moved to a new location in the same building on the ground floor. Enter through the double doors on the corner just past the Pemex. Norma´s desk is inside on the left. The office is bigger and brighter, a big improvement and much more pleasant. Very few people there yesterday at 11am, my turno was the next number.

There were no changes in the renewal of the FM2/Inmigrante visa, renewal cost is 3140 pesos. I did not ask when
they expect to implement the changes required by the law passed in April 2011. Do you have the feeling that everything governmental is on hold until the new administration takes office? I read that will be Sep for federal, Dec for local.
